The Great Lakes Coffee Company was established in 2003. Our roastmaster is located in upper Michigan and in partnership with Great Lakes Coffee Company is committed to provide fresh roasted coffee, individually packaged to meet a variety of consumer needs and delivered directly to your door.
The "home" of the Great Lakes Coffee Company is the Falling Rock Café & Bookstore in Munising, Michigan. We would love to have you stop by when you are in the area.
Our Roasting
Our Roastmaster’s goal is to bring the finest, freshest coffees from around the world to Great Lakes Coffee Co. customers. Our green coffee beans are carefully selected from their countries of origin by specialty coffee importers. Each batch of coffee is roasted by hand using an “Ambex” gas-fired, drum roaster at our facility in northern Michigan.
